AlicePetArtDesigns Refund and Return Policy

Welcome to AlicePetArtDesigns.com. We appreciate your business and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Digital Products:
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on purchases unless there is a technical issue with the product. If you experience a technical issue, please contact us at info@alicepetartdesigns.com, and we will work with you to resolve it.
Physical Products:
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. This excludes all commissioned works & custom art works. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please email us at info@alicepetartdesigns.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Custom Artworks:
Due to the nature of custom artworks, we do not offer refunds or accept returns on these purchases. Each custom artwork is started when we have received 50% of the agreed price for the work and will only be shipped once the entire payment has been received. As these artworks are personalized and made to order, they cannot be returned or refunded.
